As a reminder, we offer multiple kinds of leave including short-term paid leave, paid family leave and personal unpaid leave. Check out these resources to learn more.
How It Works
You can start by visiting: https://app.trysparrow.com/signup/ and signing up with your work email address. During signup, you will be prompted to provide:
- Type of leave
- Tentative leave dates
- Basic information needed to determine benefit eligibility
Once submitted, the leave is reviewed by both Sparrow and your HR team. It is not automatically approved. You will be notified of the status of your leave by Sparrow.
